Porcelain and stoneware ceramics.
This work combines a love of making pots and figurative drawing, exploring the pleasing juxtaposition between crisp forms and expressive gestural marks taken from my life drawings. The surface is further enhanced by coloured clay details, or ‘spots’ which elevate the monochrome palette.
